What it does
Comics and books together
Reads CBZ, CBR and ZIP comics, EPUB books, DRM-free MOBI files and PDF documents, all on one shelf.
Made for the remote
Turn pages, jump with the page filmstrip and change settings with the Siri Remote — no phone needed while you read.
The right layout for every book
Double-page spreads, single page, vertical scrolling for webtoons, and right-to-left page turns for manga.
Send books from your phone
Scan the code on the TV and upload files from a phone or computer on the same Wi‑Fi. A pairing code keeps it to you.
Connect your own library
Connect SMB or WebDAV folders, a Komga server, or an OPDS catalog such as Calibre‑Web. Start with Smart Add, or enter the connection details yourself. Project Gutenberg and the openly licensed Pepper&Carrot are built in.
Private by design
No account, no ads, no analytics. Your books, progress and reading stats stay on your Apple TV.
On your Apple TV
Read, browse and bring your books over. Explore real screens from QuireScene; select an image to see it full size.

Give every panel room to breathe
Read comics in single pages or double-page spreads. Choose right-to-left turns for manga.

Bring your own library
Try Smart Add for compatible services advertised on your local network. You can always add SMB, WebDAV, Komga or OPDS manually.

From your phone to the TV
Scan the code, enter the pairing code and upload your books. Your phone or computer just needs to be on the same network.
Screenshots feature original demonstration books and the openly licensed Pepper&Carrot. Bring only books you own or have permission to read.
